1. Overview

Quoroo ("we", "the app") is a 100% local-first job management application. All your data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device using SQLite: business profile, client information, jobs, quotes, invoices, expenses, photos, voice notes, and app preferences. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.

4. In-App Purchases

Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). We do not process or store any payment information.

5. Camera, Microphone & Photo Library

Quoroo requests access to your camera, microphone, and photo library solely for attaching job photos, receipts, and voice notes. These files are stored locally and are not uploaded to any server.

6. Data Export & Backup

You can export your data at any time via the Backup feature in Settings. Exports are saved to your device's file system and can be shared via AirDrop, iCloud Drive, or email at your discretion.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete All Data. This permanently removes all jobs, invoices, clients, and settings from the app.

8. Third Parties

Quoroo does not share data with any third parties. The only external service used is Apple StoreKit for subscription management.

9. Australian Privacy Act

Quoroo complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) are satisfied by design.
