1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Quoroo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Quoroo is a local-first job management application for Australian sole traders and tradespeople. The app allows you to create jobs, generate quotes and invoices, track expenses, and manage clients — all stored locally on your device.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Quoroo offers a free tier with unlimited jobs and invoices, and a Pro subscription with additional capabilities. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($9.99 AUD) or annually ($59.99 AUD) through Apple's App Store. A 14-day free trial is included with both plans.

4. Your Data

All data you create in Quoroo is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. You are responsible for backing up your data using the export feature. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other causes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Quoroo only for lawful business purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

6. Disclaimers

Quoroo is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Quoroo is not accounting or tax software — consult a qualified accountant for tax obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Quoroo's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
